An Engravable Hair Teardrop Necklace with resin because photos don’t show every detail. We can embed your loved one’s hair, your little one’s first curl or a bit of your pet’s fur into a lock of hair necklace with crystal clear resin. You can request the hair in a heart or tree shape in the comments.

You can view our colour option galleries here (click here) for lots of examples of pieces using that colour mix. Each piece will look unique because of the natural colours of the hair or fur and we can’t predict the results. We will use our best efforts with white hair, which is clear in resin, to give the hair some depth and bounce some light off the strands. If you’d like us to use grey, white, salt and pepper or very light blonde hair then it may or may not show up in the resin, have a look at this gallery

We’ll send you a kit a week or so after you order and here’s some advice on sending it in, please read it. It’s really important you keep some hair back just in case. You can send us a photo on our Facebook page of the amount you have, so we can tell you how much of it we need.

Engravable Hair Teardrop Necklace Setting

This will be a simple bezel cup setting with loop and jump ring.

The necklace includes a 20″/50cm lightweight solid sterling silver chain. Due to the weight of the pendant, we highly recommend you choose a Necklace Chain Upgrades listing (click here). We recommend a bail upgrade too for something more personal. Feel free to get in touch with us first for a discount for a chain upgrade.

Engraving

Engraving is done in Arial font as standard, but please let us know if you’d prefer another font such as Times New Roman, Vivaldi, Amazone BT, or Silver South Serif & Script in the comments of the product before adding it to the basket. Click on each font to see it “in action” with your chosen words. We can work with any font, please get in touch to discuss alternatives. We recommend Arial, Times New Roman or Silver South Serif for long messages, and handwriting fonts like Vivaldi, Amazone BT or Silver South Script are great for short messages and on larger pieces. Copy and paste these emojis for your cremation jewelry, sometimes the ones on a phone or tablet aren’t accepted when you try to add to basket!
