Contact Us on Facebook
Our Facebook page Tree of Opals is here and you can contact us any time. If you’re an existing client please give us your order number.
Please log in to My Account here to check your order status. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions page before you get in touch. If you’re asking for your account status/progress you will be directed to the FAQ page and asked to log in. We are unable to give account information out on the telephone/email/social media. Common questions are:
1. How do I view my order/is there any update to my order?
2. Have you received my hair/ash/cord?
3. How do I send in my hair/ash/cord?
4. How long do orders take?
We hope you are happy with the service you receive and the jewellery we make for you. If, for any reason, you have a complaint please email Nikki directly on firstname.lastname@example.org
If your complaint is about something mentioned in our Terms and Conditions please double check our policies and procedures before getting in touch. Please remember that you have agreed to these when placing an order by tickbox and also the confirmation text box on the checkout (you are asked to promise that you will not “just tick the box” and actually have read them). If you are complaining about something mentioned in the T’s and C’s please let us know why you agreed to them.
I want to make this accessible to everyone regardless of difficulties you may have, please let me know if you have a disability or impairment that may make it harder for you to complain and you can nominate a friend (advocate) to help you. The GDPR rules mean we have to get your permission first, but I’m happy to speak to Citizens’ Advice, a friend or family member etc. I try my best to make the Terms and Conditions fair and accessible and would appreciate any feedback.
Please see our Media Enquiries page and email Nikki directly on email@example.com and I’ll give you my personal number, or call 0117 329 2197
Holiday Dates 2019
Tanzania March 2019
I’m off to Tanzania again on 11th March – 25th March 2019 for my charity Project Kidogo and I’ll need a few days to recover afterwards. I’m visiting an area high in malaria so there’s a chance I can fall ill after returning as well. Whilst I’m away my husband will be looking after incoming parcels and marking orders as “elements received” so you can still check we’ve received them. Nadine and Andrea will still be working on orders ready for me to finish when I return.
