Please do not book this without permission so that we can discuss the date you need your order by. Sometimes it’s not possible to make a piece quickly or there may be additional charges for an engraving or hallmarking rush. We keep most of the metals we need in stock so it often depends on our availability. We will give you a date by which we need to receive your elements such as ashes and locks of hair, so we may recommend you send without a kit.

Usually we’re not able to agree a priority order slot for any items with engraving or needing hallmarking (unless previously agreed). Please provide any ring size when ordering so that we can make the ring before your elements arrive. Please do not request “send ring sizer” (or if you do, as previously agreed because of the coronavirus, at least tell us the ring size once you know it rather than just including the size when you return the kit – the sooner we know the size to make, the sooner we can make the ring).
We will begin as soon as possible. This slot is non-refundable. If you don’t send in your elements in the agreed time, you will not get a refund (see our T’s and C’s). This is because we can only allocate a small amount of priority orders at a time and by booking a priority order slot we may have to deny someone else the slot. If you don’t send in your cremation ashes/hair etc in time, we cannot resell the slot as it has already passed. You are responsible for making sure you send in time and we recommend you get a Special Delivery tracking number and let us know so that we can check for it ASAP.
With most priority order slots we won’t have time to send you a kit so we will refund the cost of the kit and ask you to read the Sending Without A Kit page. Once you have ordered, package your elements according to the instructions with your order number and full name then get in touch. Once we are happy you have labelled it correctly we will give you the PO box address and recommend you post to us Special Delivery. Give us the tracking number and as soon as it arrives in the PO box we can collect it the next day. We normally only check the PO box once a week unless we know there is a priority order there.
