A sending kit will be posted to you around a week after you order, get in touch if you’d rather not wait and you can send without a kit. You can log in below any time to see your order and when we receive your elements back.
We are unable to give out order updates individually to clients so please check for them here. See our FAQ’s for more info and new orders are estimated to take around two to three months but please be aware of the maximum lead times in our T’s and C’s which you must read before ordering. You can upgrade to a Priority Order Slot here if you don’t want to wait (please check first we can fit it in).
If there are no recent updates then it usually means we’re still to get to your order on our list. Please be patient and let us know if you need to make any changes to your shipping details. You can speed up the process by providing your ring size when you order rather than requesting a ring sizer (or providing it within a few days). Priority is often given to customers who don’t chase their order!
