Description

Memorial Ring Day Course for a cremation ashes ring, hair ring, fur or any other memorial items such as petals, pregnancy test or earth. A half day training session taught from my studio in Newport, South Wales here in the United Kingdom. You’ll be training one-to-one with me, Nikki Lovegrove with a course made just for you. You will need to bring in your loved one’s ring size (we can send you a ring sizer in advance) or we can find the right fit on the day, and also any ashes/hair/fur etc which you’d like to include.

No experience making jewellery necessary. We will measure, cut and form a length of silver wire into a ring shape. We will solder this closed, pickle and then form into a ring shape before preparing for the bezel cup (which will hold the ashes or hair). We’ll solder on the cup, sand and polish the ring then prepare the resin. I have taught children to do this, but for health and safety this course is usually for over 18’s only. Please get in touch to book for anyone younger or more than one person.
