The Alternative Beauty of Blood Rings
Why blood rings are the latest fashion in personalised keepsake jewellery. From personal mementoes to couples’ love tokens, blood jewellery is a way to capture the very essence of life.

Unconventional Beauty
It’s absolutely going to sound strange to many people but blood jewellery is an extremely personal way to celebrate a living bond or memorialise a passing. We offer solid silver, gold filled and solid gold ring settings, all handmade in our workshop in Timsbury, Bath.
What Are Blood Rings?
Blood keepsakes, such as rings, are pieces of jewellery made from your own or your loved one’s blood. You must send the blood dried either as flecks in a little pot or bag, or on a piece of fabric. We’ll send you a kit with a lancet to draw blood, but you can request more if you’d like blood from two or more people included. Menstrual blood is also welcomed. There’s more info here on our sending inclusions page.

We then grind the dried blood into a powder and mix it with resin to go in your ring. Blood rings for men and women, from the masculine solid silver channel ring, to dainty hallmarked solid gold Megan ring. The ring can be engraved with as many words as you like or even your loved one’s handwriting or fingerprint.
Personalization & Engraving
Almost every piece is engravable (we can’t engrave the bubble or twist bands but you can always choose a silver engravable stacking ring here or a solid gold engravable stacking ring here). We do our engraving in house using a mopa fiber laser so it’s deep engraving that can be polished again and again over the years.
