Alternative Inclusion Necklace or Dangle Charm for European style (Chamilia or Pandora) or large link such as Thomas Sabo bracelets. Photos don’t show every detail so we can put your loved ones’ hair, your little one’s first curl or a little of your pets’ fur into a lock of hair orb with crystal clear resin. 

We will respectfully cast only your loved one’s hair or fur into a sample setting to check you’re happy with the colour before creating your dangle charm. You can see Nikki’s YouTube tutorials here and know that I never film without your permission. I’m considered an expert and offer advanced courses in making memorial jewellery, so you’re in safe hands. You might see my designs and stock images elsewhere because other memorial artists buy them from me over on Keepsaker Supplies (you’re welcome to buy from there if you’d rather DIY!)

lock of hair colours

You can view our colour option galleries here (click) for lots of examples of pieces using that colour mix. Each piece will look unique because of the natural colours of the hair or fur and we can’t predict the results. Gallery photos are EXAMPLES and results will always vary! We will use our best efforts with white hair, which is clear in resin, to give the hair some depth and bounce some light off the strands. If you’d like us to use grey, white, salt and pepper or very light blonde hair then it may or may not show up in the resin, have a look at this gallery

You can pick one of our 19 colour mixes. Click on this colour options page to see more info about each variation, including how we place each of the colours and shimmers. Each piece will look unique because of the natural colours of the inclusions you send and we can’t predict the results.

You can add a lock of hair as an additional element to any of our DNA alternative inclusion jewellery keepsake pieces, just write what you’d like in the box above.

sending kits
We’ll send you a kit a week or so after you order and here’s some advice on sending it in, please read it. It’s really important you keep some back and don’t send too much. “Less is more” with keepsake jewellery. Contact us first if your inclusion is liquid.

Dangle Charm Setting
You can choose a charm bead setting for European (Pandora style) or lobster claw (Thomas Sabo style) large link bracelets and necklaces. You’ll find our charm bead upgrades here including bracelets.

teardrop or heart size

This listing is for a single 8x6mm or 13x9mm teardrop or 8mm, 10mm or 12mm heart shaped setting with a sideways bezel loop. Please read the Terms and Conditions fully before you order and be sure to realise this setting looks and feels handmade and won’t have mass-produced perfection.

Our dangle charm settings are too small to engrave but you can add a handstamped or laser engraved pendant here.
