Safety and The Process

  • The Kit: Tree of Opals sends a free and safe, easy-to-use collection kit. You can request a few extra lancets if you’re both looking forward to the process, they’re the finger prick needles. Moon blood is also fine to include. ALL BLOOD MUST BE SENT COMPLETELY DRY!
  • How Much: You can send anywhere from a single drop each to a shotglass full, so long as you dry it completely. Some couples like their blood to be combined in the pieces, others like to wear one another’s blood. Just tell us “P’s blood for the C’s silver ring, C’s blood for P’s ceramic ring” etc
  • Hygiene: The process is professional and respectful. All unused blood is returned and we’re extremely careful to use the correct blood in the right pieces.
