Holidays to Remember: Keepsake Jewellery Christmas 2026 Deadline

• Cutoff for Christmas orders is Monday 16th Nov 2026*
• All kits will be sent out by Weds 18th November
• Ring sizes must be received by WhatsApp Friday 20th November 2026
• We will need all kits returned to us with your inclusions (breastmilk, ashes, hair etc) by Weds 25th Nov
• We will ship all orders by Thursday 20th Dec.

Please note, if you are outside the UK please contact us to see if Christmas delivery is possible before ordering as we will need to arrange for you to post to us without a kit. All orders placed before this notice was given will be shipped first (orders placed in early to mid 2026) before we start on Christmas orders. If you order after the deadline, or do not send your kit back in time, your order cannot be guaranteed in time for Christmas. This includes Christmas breastmilk jewellery.

This year we're extending our Christmas Keepsake Jewellery Deadlines 2026 for memorial and breastmilk jewellery further than ever before! You can place your order any time before the end of Monday 16th November 2026 and it will be guaranteed to be shipped mid-December. Terms apply, please see below. Some exceptions may be made for engraved pieces which don't contain inclusions, such as: Accessories and Upgrades which often come with free engraving!

Christmas Keepsake Jewellery Deadlines 2026 Terms

• All orders to be received and paid for by or on Monday 16th November 2026
• *This includes ring sizes for any gold rings! As these will need to be sent for hallmarking
• *Engraving including confirming text and submitting images, also all photos for lockets must be received by this day.
• Orders must be paid for in full. For PayPal Instalments (partial payments) please complete payment by Monday 16th November 2026 and inform us it has been done
• Sending kits will be dispatched by Weds 18th November 2026
• Ring sizes must be received by Friday 20th November 2026 - TELL US YOUR SIZE ON WHATSAPP from the ring sizer in your kit. If you've ordered a gold ring, we will need the size by 16th November instead.
• Kits must be received back to us by Weds 25th November 2026 - you may bring your kit in person to our studio in Monmouth, South Wales, by appointment only
• If you are ordering from outside the UK, there may not be time to send you a kit so we may ask you to post without a sending kit. We must receive your breastmilk/ashes/hair/cord etc by Weds 25th November 2026
• Guaranteed Christmas orders will be shipped by Thu 20th December 2026 (that is, orders that have been received in the times above)
  
• After sending all of our guaranteed Christmas orders, Nikki will work on the last few non guaranteed orders if she has time. Please remember that Nikki's children break up from school on Tue 18th so the extra few may not be possible unless you purchase a Priority Order slot which will subsidise the cost of an activity for the children to allow Nikki extra working time. We are a very small business!
• UK clients must send by Tracked24 (UK) so that your order has full tracking, send us a photo of the receipt, or a 1-3 day service outside the UK

Please don't order a priority slot without permission as we will not guarantee the order unless we know we can complete it in time.
