We will respectfully cast your loved one’s remains in resin into a Solid Gold Ash Teardrop Necklace. We use only the ashes provided in all of our memorial creations unless you ask otherwise.
We will respectfully cast only your loved one’s remains into resin and give you a choice of stones. You can see Nikki’s YouTube tutorials here and know that I never film without your permission. I’m considered an expert and offer advanced courses in making memorial jewellery, so you’re in safe hands. You might see my designs and stock images elsewhere because other memorial artists buy them from me over on Keepsaker Supplies (you’re welcome to buy from there if you’d rather DIY!)
cremation ashes heart charm colour options
You can pick one of our 19 colour mixes, or choose “classic ashes” for a piece set in clear resin with a white background. Click on this colour options page to see more info about each variation, including how we place each of the colours and shimmers. Each piece will look unique because of the natural colours of the ashes and we can’t predict the results.
adding hair
You can add a lock of hair or petals as an additional element to any of our cremation ashes memorial pieces, just write what you’d like in the box above. Add forget me nots here and precious metal leaf here.
cremation ashes sending kits
We’ll send you a kit a week or so after you order and here’s some advice on sending it in, please read it. It’s really important you keep some ashes back and don’t send too much. “Less is more” with cremation ashes jewellery.
Solid Hallmarked Gold Ash Teardrop Necklace Setting
The solid gold teardrop setting is hallmarked with the Tree of Opals sponsor mark at the Birmingham Assay Office. They are cast for us in small batches and hand finished. They are 10x8mm or 14x10mm teardrop or pear shaped settings with crown points.
They come with a 18″/45cm very lightweight adjustable chain. If you already have a chain or would like to purchase solid gold chain from us here we are happy to give you a £20 discount on this necklace. They also make stunning dangle charms for Pandora or Thomas Sabo style bracelets, please get in touch to order (additional prices apply due to needing to be re-hallmarked).
Necklace Engraving
Engraving is done in Arial font as standard, but please let us know if you’d prefer another font such as Times New Roman, Vivaldi, Amazone BT, or Silver South Serif & Script in the comments of the product before adding it to the basket. Click on each font to see it “in action” with your chosen words. We can work with any font, please get in touch to discuss alternatives. We recommend Arial, Times New Roman or Silver South Serif for long messages, and handwriting fonts like Vivaldi, Amazone BT or Silver South Script are great for short messages and on larger pieces. Copy and paste these emojis for your keepsake jewelry, sometimes the ones on a phone or tablet aren’t accepted when you try to add to basket!

We have a blog with memorial quotes here. For image engraving see this page – you can add handwriting, fingerprints, footprints, paw prints and handprints or a special pattern. Please note, the necklace price doesn’t include engraving this must be added to the basket in addition to the necklace.
