1. Consultation: We’ll chat about what you’re looking for and I’ll help you pick the perfect design
2. Ordering: Order online or bring your ashes in person to my workshop in Newport, South Wales NP20
3. Collection Kit: We will post you a kit to send in a quarter or half a teaspoon of your loved one or pet’s ashes
4. Creation: I will skillfully blend the ashes into a stone or a mockup with your chosen colours and send you a photo by WhatsApp or email, once you’re happy it’s perfect I will go ahead and finish your piece
5. Delivery: Your finished piece will be beautifully packaged and ready for collection or sent your way, ready to cherish for years.
